Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using 1Match ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

1Match provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology for e-commerce brands and individual consumers. The Service allows users to visualize garments on photos.

3. Account registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access authenticated features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images of minors or non-consenting individuals.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing controls.

5. Free tier and paid plans

Anonymous users receive 3 free try-ons. Registered free accounts receive 10 try-ons. Paid plans provide higher monthly try-on limits as described on the pricing page. Monthly limits reset at the start of each billing period.

6. Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the try-on result. Images are not stored or used for any other purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated try-on results are approximations and may not reflect real-world fit or appearance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
