1Match ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and profile picture obtained from Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Usage data: number of try-ons performed, your current plan, and billing period.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — never card numbers.
• Images: photos you upload for virtual try-on are sent directly to our AI provider and are never stored on our servers. They exist only in memory for the duration of the API call.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To track your try-on usage against your plan limit.
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• To communicate important account or service updates.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google OAuth — for authentication.
• AI provider — for processing try-on images (images are not retained).
• Stripe — for payment processing.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Anonymous try-on counts are stored in a browser cookie for 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication (via NextAuth) and a non-tracking cookie (anon_tc) to count anonymous try-ons. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
