How to add it to your Shopify store
Three options, depending on your theme:
- In the product description: open the product, switch the editor to HTML mode (the <> button), then paste the code.
- In a dedicated block: create a "Size guide" section in your product template and paste the code there.
- On a standalone page: create a "Size guide" page and link it from your product pages.
Tip: measure your garments flat and convert to body measurements to avoid mismatches. An accurate guide beats a pretty one.
Why a size chart is no longer enough in 2026
A good size table prevents some returns. But it has two structural limits. First, most shoppers don't read it โ or read it poorly, without a tape measure on hand. Second, even with the right numbers, the shopper still doesn't know what the garment will look like on them: the cut, the drape, the fit on their own body.
That's where AI virtual try-on comes in. Instead of asking the shopper to measure themselves, you show the garment directly on their own photo. The doubt disappears, and with it a large share of size- and style-related returns. Brands that adopt it report a 25โ40% drop in returns and conversion lifts of up to +40%.
Go beyond the size chart. 1Match adds AI virtual try-on to your Shopify store in 10 minutes, no code: your customers see your clothes on themselves before buying.

Does the generated code work on every Shopify theme?
Yes. The code is standalone HTML with inline styles, so it renders correctly on any theme, including mobile.
How do I add or remove sizes?
Use the "+ Add a size" button to insert a row and the โ icon to remove one, then regenerate the code.
Is a size chart enough to reduce returns?
It helps, but only partly: many shoppers don't read it and it doesn't show the real look of the garment. AI virtual try-on completes the guide by removing the visual doubt.
Is the generator really free?
Yes, the tool is entirely free with no sign-up. You copy the code and use it freely on your store.
